Job Title: Administrative Assistant to the CEO
Pay: $25/hr

Job Description: Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, thick skin, and 2-3 years of post-college professional experience. Tenure and reliability are critical for success in this role. Candidates with experience in event planning, expense reporting, bookkeeping, or personal Executive support responsibilities are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, ensuring seamless communication and flow of information.
* Manage the CEO's travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support, including typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintaining filing systems and contact databases.
* Uphold professionalism and strict confidentiality in all tasks and interactions.
* Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
* Prepare detailed analyses, reports, and presentations.
* Handle additional projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
